Cancellation, No-Show & Late Arrival Policy

To provide the best service to all of our clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

You’ll receive a reminder text 48 hours before your appointment, giving you the opportunity to cancel or reschedule without any charge.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

No-shows will also be charged in full and may require a deposit for future bookings.

 

Late Arrival Policy

Punctuality is important to ensure we have enough time to safely and properly groom your dog. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late will be charged a $20 late fee.

Arrivals later than 20 minutes will be considered a no-show and charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

 

 

"To secure your appointment, we require valid credit card details on file. By providing your card information, you authorize us to charge any applicable fees for late cancellations, no-shows, or other services rendered as per our policy."

 

We understand that emergencies happen — if something unexpected comes up, please contact us as soon as possible. We truly appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

 

Matting Fees

If your dog arrives with matted fur, a minimum fee of $15 per matted section will be applied, whether we are able to humanely brush it out or need to shave it. This fee covers the additional time, effort, and wear and tear on grooming equipment.
